| گونههای مختلف قارچی باعث ایجاد پوسیدگی در کاکتوس و گیاهان گوشتی شده و خسارت زیادی به گلخانههای پرورش این گیاهان در سراسر دنیا وارد میکنند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی بیماریزایی قارچهای عامل پوسیدگی انواع کاکتوس زینتی در گلخانههای شهرستان شیراز انجام شد. در طول سالهای 1396 و 1397 از گونههای مختلف کاکتوس دارای علائم پوسیدگی شامل Echinocactus grusonii، Ferocactus macrodiscus وHamatocactus setispinus نمونهبرداری شد. برای بررسی خصوصیات ریختشناختی جدایههای خالصسازی شده، از محیط-کشت سیبزمینی-دکستروز-آگار و شرایط دمایی 23 تا 25 درجهی سلسیوس استفاده شد. از مجموع 193 جدایهی قارچی به دست آمده، هشت جدایه، متعلق به گونهی Bipolaris australiensis بود. مایهزنی جدایههای این گونه موجب ظهور لکههای زردرنگ و آبسوخته و در نهایت ایجاد پوسیدگی و از بین رفتن گیاه در گونههای فوق گردید. پیش از این گونهیB. cactivora به عنوان عامل پوسیدگی میوهی کاکتوس مطرح بوده است، با این حال australiensis B. برای نخستین بار به عنوان بیمارگر کاکتوس گزارش میشود. Different speces of fungi cause dry rot in cacti and succulents, which results in too much damages to the greenhouse industry worldwide.This study was conducted in order to identify and evaluate the pathogenicity of fungi agents associated with ornamemtal cacti rot in Shiraz County greenhouses. Samples were taken from rotting cacti including Echinocactus grusonii, Ferocactus macrodiscus, and Hamatocactus setispinus during 2017-2018. Purified isolates were morphologically identified on potato-dextrose-agar (PDA) at 23 to 25 °C. From 193 recovered isolates, 8 isolates belonged to Bipolaris australiensis. Inoculation of isolates of this species led to yellow and water-soaked areas on plants and finally caused rot as well as plant death. different cacti species including, . Bipolaris cactivora has been previously reported as the causal agent of cactus fruit rot, yet B. australiensis is reported for the first time as a pathogen for cacti. |
